We are nothing without client loyalty, and at Xtreme Snow Pros, we understand the importance of our client's satisfaction. During the winter season, existing clients can reach emergency winter support when needed. Ordinary customer-service hours are listed on our Contact page. We provide each client with a dedicated Snow Commander that is responsible for managing your account throughout the season.

Every client we have is different, which is why we offer multiple ways for our clientele to interact with our system to view the services being completed on their sites. Our client portal system allows you to log into our system and see exactly what services have been completed on your property. Though, if you'd prefer not to log in, we are able to customize our software to notify you via email after each service is completed with photos attached. Whichever method of interaction you prefer, we are able to accommodate you.
