Do I have to work for Xtreme Snow Pros to be eligible for the referral program?
No, anyone can participate in the program.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
There is absolutely no limit to the number of people you can refer. The more the merrier!
What if I know someone who could work for Xtreme Snow Pros but they do not have a valid driver’s license?
Xtreme Snow Pros requires that all team members have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and their own means of transportation. Ask your referee if you’re unsure.
Do I have to refer someone with snow and ice removal experience?
No, Xtreme Snow Pros has an extensive training program. We have entry level positions available for hard working snow fighters.
Do your positions require a CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)?
The majority of positions do not, though we have a select few that do. However, Xtreme Snow Pros requires all team members to have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and their own means of transportation.
What if I refer someone who has already been referred?
Once our candidates have been referred, they cannot be referred by anyone else in the same snow year. The person who initially referred the candidate will receive the reward if they get hired for that snow season. The entire program then resets after April 30th every year.
What if my referral quits or gets terminated? Do I still get my reward?
If your referral ends up quitting or is terminated before the season is over, you will no longer be eligible for the $150 bonus at the end of the season. However, you would still receive the $50 in 3 -5 business days after your referral’s first snow storm while working with us.
What if I do not have my referral’s email address?
You could reach out to your candidate and request the information so that they have the wonderful opportunity to work with Xtreme Snow Pros. You can text them or you can simply reach out to them through your social media accounts.
When do you stop accepting referrals?
Never! We are always accepting your referrals.
When will I get my referral rewards?
Once they have a contract, you will receive the $50 in the mail 3-5 business days after your candidate works their first snow storm with TeamX. You will receive the $150 bonus check in April after your candidate has completed the season.
What if I have someone who would be a good fit but I don’t know what position to recommend them for?
You can refer a candidate for a specific position or general if you’re unsure of their experience and skill set.
What if I have an issue with this referral program that has not been resolved?
Please inform us immediately. We cannot help you unless we’re aware of the problem. Everyone at the Xtreme team will be glad to sort out the issue with you! Contact us as soon as you come across an issue with your referrals and we will try our best to fix it.
