Backup equipment is accessible to our team during a blizzard

Our team is only as good as the support we can provide it. Not only do we keep a backup team of operators and drivers, but we also keep backup equipment strategically staged in order to get our team back in operation as quick as possible. Even though we have an excellent preventative maintenance program in place, breakdowns still do happen. What matters is how well you deal with it. Our goal is to be able to have our fleet at 99% uptime which we have been able to achieve for the past 4 years allowing us to have an incredibly reliable fleet.
