Thank you for your interest in working for our company!  Xtreme Snow Pros is a large snow and ice management contractor providing services for commercial, industrial customers. Xtreme Snow Pros was just a feature article in Snow Magazine. We have an unprecedented subcontractor retention rate because we pay our subs on time, when promised!  We offer industry leading training from our Certified Snow Professional on staff.

We provide the following services to our customers:

·        Snow hauling, removal, and relocation

We pride ourselves on providing prompt, professional service done right the first time!  We are looking for dedicated subcontractors who can work closely with us that have a great work ethic and a “can do” attitude.  We use subcontractors for every event and not just for “the big snows”.  We work when there is the slightest amount of snow.  This means you will get an abundance of hours.  Last season some of our subs work over 150 hours.

Here are the types of subcontractors / equipment we hire:

·        Skid steer (we provide the pusher blade / plow or can use yours)

·        4 x 4 plow truck

·        Wheel loader (we provide the pusher blade / plow if needed or can use your)

·        4 wheeler with plow

·         Salt truck
