Seasonal employment Guarantee with minimum paid out: ( available for snow plow,equipment operators,sidewalk crew leaders)

• Minimum guarantee of $1000.00 for the winter even if it doesn’t snow.
• Paid out over 5 payments of $200.00 per month from December to April as long as you make each storm event unless you’re sick with a doctor’s note or have made prior agreeable arrangements.
• Bonus of $250.00 paid out April 30th if you personally do not get any callbacks on any work that you completed that season.
• Bonus of $250.00 paid April 30^th if there isn’t any damage to any jobsite or piece of equipment and all rules of our handbook are followed.
• Company winter jacket and hat.
• Hourly wage will be paid of from $25-$40 per hour depending on experience.  This amount will be paid after you receive the $200.00. Ex. You worked 10 hours in the month of December at a rate of $30.00 per hour.  You would be paid $100.00 on top of the $200.00 you are receiving as a seasonal employment guarantee. All hours worked goes toward to seasonal guarantee.

• Minimum of 4 hours paid for each snow event.  
• Bonus of $250.00 paid at end of year as long as you have not had any equipment breakage or customer callbacks, and made every snow event unless you're sick with a doctor's note or have made prior agreeable arrangements.
• Company Winter Jacket
• Hourly wage of $30-$45 per hour depending on experience for snow plow,equipment operators, sidewalk crew leaders.
