What areas do you cover?

Do you offer group rates?
Yes we do, please contact your sales representative to learn more.


Do we get notified of incoming storms?
You will be notified via a emailed storm alert which will go over the arrival time, approximate amount of precip etc. 


What type of de-icing materials do you use?
We use a variety of ice melt products including rock salt, high performance ice melters and calcium platters. 


Are your de-icing materials environmentally friendly?
Yes. All of our de-icing materials meet industry standards for environmental safety


What time will the snow removal begin?
Xtreme Snow will begin snow removal operations when snowfall reaches a depth of approximately 1". Therefore, the timing of snow removal may vary from day to day. However, Xtreme Snow Pros tries to begin its snow removal operations between 1:00a.m. - 3:00a.m., with our routes taking about four to six hours to complete. Because of the unpredictability and severity of the weather, we cannot guarantee a set time of when we will arrive.


What are my responsibilities as your customer? 
Once you have contracted with us, you don’t have to worry about doing anything. Our professionals will manage all of your snow and ice removal needs for the duration of the winter


Does Xtreme Snow Pros mark my property with snow stakes?
Yes by November 15 we will install snow stakes to what ever we feel is nesacary without going overboard with too many markers.


What should I do if some of the snow stakes have been knocked out?
Please notify us and we will send someone out to fix it. Please allow about 48 huors from the time of notification to the time we fix the snowstake.


What if cars are parked in the parking lot when you crews come to service our property?
Our operator can only clear that portion of the parking lot that he or she can access. We do not knock on doors to move cars or can not wait for them to be moved. We will however come back one time overnight to clear any spots that have opened up.

How is my property document for any existing damage prior to the new snow season?
Xtreme Snow pros will video your entire property and document with pictures any new damage to the curbing etc prior to commencment of each new snow season.  We will notify you via email a report outlining our findings and also will store the video and pictures on our server.


What is Xtremes policy on end of the year repairs?
Xtreme Snow will reasonably repair damage to your property caused by our sole gross negligence. Xtreme Snow Pros is not responsible for chain marks, scratches or gouges resulting from normal snow removal operations, nor will be responsible for driveway damage resulting from poor construction, driveways that sink due to a saturated base or poor compaction.  Any damage that you feel is done please
(click here) to fill out a property damage form. All damage to curbing will be repaired automatically in April of the following winter season no questions asked.


Can I expect my parking lot to be free of snow all the time during the snowstorm?
If we lived in Camelot, it might snow from Midnight to 3:00 AM. each night. However, in North Jersey it snows whenever storms dictate and often for many consecutive hours but we will do our best to keep your property clear.


How many visits do we get on our Unlimited Seasonal Agreement?
Xtreme clients will receive unlimited visits from the first snowfall of the year until the last snowfall. 


How soon should I sign up for snow removal?
Truthfully, your early commitment is greatly appreciated. We don’t ask for a payment until November 15, so there is no financial outlay. However, your early commitment allows us to begin estimating equipment, supplies and personnel for the upcoming winter season.


How much insurance do you carry?
We carry a $2,000,000 liability policy.  Once you are a client you will be provided with a copy of our insurance policy.


Do you have a payment plan for Unlimited Seasonal Agreements?
Yes. If you chose, you may pay your annual fee up front and receive a 10% discount or pay in monthly installments the fifthteen of each month for 5 months starting in November or if you have chosen 12 month payment plan all the invoice will start in November and end the following November.  We will automatically bill you and all invoices are due within 15 days. Please see your snow removal agreement for the payment schedule.


How do I pay if we chose the Per Inch/Per Application agreement?
You will be billed with 48 hours completion of any work and all bills are due within 15 days.


What types of payments do you accept?
We accept payments by check only.
