Pre-season & post-season site visits include pictures & video

We want to ensure our client’s property is left the same way in the spring as it was in the fall prior to the start of the winter season. By performing a comprehensive pre-season site visit in the fall, we document any pre-existing damage using pictures with descriptions, geocoding, and video. We store these files permanently in our system and they are provided to our clients in an easy to read report format. Upon the completion of the winter season, we will conduct a post-season site visit and document any new damage that may have occurred over the winter. Our system then analyzes it to verify any new damages and creates repair work orders for all work to be fixed in April. A post-season inspection report will be automatically sent to our client with the results. Our goal is to have complete transparency at all times.
