About the Job
Site Supervisors will train and oversee crews during and after storms on several job-site locations. They are responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to safety procedures and is up to site-specific standards before the crews leave. Any area that the crews miss is up to the supervisors to touch up. Site Supervisors are also responsible for preparing and maintaining the equipment on-site ensuring that all basic repairs, such as tire changing, jumpstarts, and more, are performed. Our in-house mechanics will see to all major repairs. All Site Supervisors must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience operating a plow truck or salter.
This job can earn you between $30 to $45 per hour.
Expectations
We are seeking passionate, hard-working candidates to be our on-call snow removal operators.
Must be available and willing to work at any hour between October 30th and the last snowstorm of the season. Shifts vary depending on the size of the storm, and can be anywhere from 6-hours to more than 12-hours long.
Have the ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
