Expectations

As a Service Provider for Xtreme Snow Pros, you are expected to remove snow from various sites across New Jersey and New York in a manner that meets our Xtreme standards. You are to work in all events of 1 inch or more with your plow truck, wheel loader, backhoe, or skid steer while maintaining communication with TeamX.

Xtreme Snow Pros works with Service Providers with Plow Trucks.

Plow Trucks

- Newer model 250/2500 series or larger

- 8 foot plow blade or larger

- Current insurance

Earn $75 to $95 an hour

Service Providers with Wheel Loaders earn up to $200 an hour working with Xtreme Snow Pros.

Wheel Loaders

- At least 1 to 4 yards long

- Model must be 2005 or newer

Earn $120 to $200 an hour

Being a Backhoe operating Service Provider earns you extra money in the winter.

Backhoes

- Has four wheel drive

- Model must be 2005 or newer

Earn $120 to $150 an hour

Skid Steer operating Service Providers earn $85 to $130 an hour with Xtreme Snow Pros.

Skid Steers

- Model must be 2005 or newer

Earn $85 to $130 an hour

GENERAL Requirements

  • 24/7 on-call availability from November through the last snowfall of the winter season.

  • 6 to 12 hour snowstorm shifts for normal storms.

    • Larger storms will require an extended period of time.

Levels of membership

Xtreme Snow Pros offers three levels of membership. Pay rates will depend on your membership level.

  • Basic: No snow insurance needed and we’ll cover you. Limited use of technology.

  • Advanced: Snow insurance, advanced use of technology, and attendance at Xtreme University, our virtual training center.

  • Pro: Snow insurance, worker’s compensation, advanced use of technology, completed Xtreme University training, ability to cover multiple properties, proof of continual education, and ASM or ASCA certified member on staff. You must provide wheel loaders, plow trucks, salters, and sidewalk crews.
