Team members are required to pass our online training program

We require potential TeamX members to take part in a rigorous, multi-day training program that combines both classroom style elements as well as hands-on challenges. Before candidates can even be admitted into the TeamX training program, they first must complete an in depth online training course designed and developed by Xtreme University. The course is designed to identify which candidates have done their homework and know a thing or two about snow and ice management and safety in the field. We recommend preparing with materials and comprehensive readings beforehand. The training puts all participants through replicated, real-world scenarios that are designed to both instill confidence in them as well as train them to the intense standards that we expect of everyone. This skills-based training leaves graduates feeling incredibly proud of their accomplishments.
