In the fall, we conduct a pre-season site inspection on all properties to document any pre-existing site conditions. This easy to read report is then shared with you for your records. Once we can confirm our winter season has ended, we will again return to your property for our post-season site inspection to review and report any new damages. The two reports are then analyzed and work orders are created for any damages incurred during the winter season. This post-season report is also shared with our clients in the same easy to read format. In April we tend to each client’s property, automatically repairing any new damages with our in-house repair team. Property damage happens, it’s how well you fix it that really matters.
