Our team of highly knowledgeable Fleet Techs have the tools and capabilities to deal with almost any issue that can take place in the field. We deploy mobile Fleet Support Units that are strategically placed throughout our service area, enabling them to reach any of our accounts within 45 minutes during a snow event to provide mechanical support to our teams. This is all done to ensure our goal of 99% uptime each season for our fleet is maintained.

In addition to our well trained Fleet Techs, our management team also consists of ASCA and SIMA ASM (Advanced Snow Manager) certified individuals. They are educated in all aspects of the snow and ice industry so our team can provide a safe and effective environment for our clients as well as ourselves.
