Dedicated Snow Commanders stay out in the field for direct site support

Even though we leverage the power of technology through our use of GPS, on-site cameras, and live before and after pictures of work being performed, you cannot replace boots on the ground to ensure our clients needs are being met. We position Snow Commanders in the field which oversee a large network of our Site Supervisors. Every location we service has a Site Supervisor that manages the property and is responsible for their crew to adhere to site specific standards. If the site is large enough it will warrant a dedicated Site Supervisor.
